Buying or selling a home is not merely a business transaction. For most of us, a home is the most significant financial and emotional investment we will ever make. As a former therapist and certified life coach, I truly listen to my clients’ needs and recognize that compassion and personal service are the true keys to a successful transaction. I have further sharpened my real estate negotiation skills with continuing education to become a Certified Negotiation Expert.
My 13-year career in Boulder real estate spans the range from high-end luxury estates to condos in the Boulder Affordable Housing program, plus everything in between. I take a holistic approach to real estate, easing clients through sometimes complicated and stressful transactions so they can move on to the next stage of their lives with confidence and optimism.
Boulder has been my hometown for 16 years now, and raising my two teenaged sons in this amazing city has been the most rewarding endeavor of my life. I enjoy laughter, mountain biking, skiing, dancing, yoga, theater, volunteering, the arts and travel. My undergraduate degree is in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Montana, Missoula, and my master's degree is in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary' University in Minneapolis.
Don’t hesitate to give me a call. I would love to speak with you about how I can help you achieve your life goals through buying or selling a home.
“A house is a home when it shelters the body and comforts the soul.” Phillip Moffitt
